Welcome to the ZeroW Powerlifting Coaching Course! There isn’t much information out there on how to be a powerlifting coach, so we made our own. The best part? We’re giving it to you for FREE.
Why? Because we love powerlifting and we believe the knowledge and experience we’ve gained by coaching at the top level for over a decade should be shared with the next generation of coaches. The more powerlifting grows, the more lifters there are. It’s our duty as coaches to help lifters become the best they can be!
Competition day is where it all comes to a head, and the better prepared you are as a coach, the better your clients will perform. And there’s no better advertising for your coaching than that!

Why should I do this course?
This is all about giving your clients the best powerlifting experience! That will keep them on board for coaching and keep them coming back for more.
If you want to position yourself as a powerlifting coach, you need to know the ins and outs of how powerlifting works and how to respond in any given situation. Being calm and confident on the day will help your lifters stay focused. It’s hard to stay calm and confident if you don’t know what you’re doing!
Do I need experience to do this course?
Nope! If you’ve never coached or handled at a competition, this will take you through all the key points you need to know.
Is the course worth doing if I’m already a powerlifting coach?
For sure! The pros are the pros because they do the basics well. It’s also not uncommon for top-level coaches to LOSE clients because they get too complacent on the basics of competition day coaching!
Even if you know most of what’s covered, a difference perspective may provide new insight and strategy for you. And having your reinforced by industry leaders will help you become more confident that you’re on the right track!
