How many years have you been strength training? Some variation of strength training for over 15 years, with more of a powerlifting and strength focus for 4 years
What are your best sporting achievements? In powerlifting, I’ve achieved a 200kg squat, 132.5kg bench press, and 250kg deadlift. I also have a lot of junior sporting achievements and have been involved in sports most of my life.
Why do you love training? I love pushing myself, I love the competitive nature of training even if it just competing with myself and I love improving my own physical qualities. Ie. getting strong and jacked!
What do you specialise in coaching clients for? Getting people stronger and into powerlifting, with experience and an understanding of how their biomechanics may be playing a role in issues that may be arising from their training and how to overcome those obstacles
Why do you love coaching? I love being able to help people, watching them experience big milestone moments like a PR lift or even just fixing an injury or issue that has been ongoing and they can now do what they love without pain. I also love to push people and help them realise what they are actually capable of, not only in the long-term but session-to-session.
What do you want new clients to know about you? I have over 10 years experience, and am knowledgeable about all things training and movement. I’m here to guide you through any obstacles, so if you put in the work, together we will be able to achieve big things
Why should a new client get coached by you? I have the tools and strategies to be able to get anybody training hard and seeing results, even if they’re being held back by movement limitations.

Owner & Nutrition Coach
What are your qualifications? Personal Training Certificate 3 & 4, Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Masters in Public Health, Precision Nutrition Coach, Certificate in Weight Loss Nutrition Certificate in Sports Performance, PreScript Nutrition, ZeroW Coach Development Course, ZeroW Nutrition Coaching Course.
How many years have you been doing strength training? I’ve been dedicated to fitness since I was 14, starting with a gym membership and choosing weight training as an elective in high school from years 7-9. I continued lifting throughout my young adulthood, eventually becoming a personal trainer. In 2012, I built my first gym, focusing primarily on CrossFit, and by 2015, I opened a second gym where I led numerous group fitness sessions. It wasn’t until 2020 that I delved deeply into strength training, which naturally progressed into powerlifting.
What are your best sporting achievements? In my younger days I played netball, gymnastics and kickboxing. Four years ago I completed in my first powerlifting competition. Since then, I have placed in one comp and come second in another and even competed at the IPL World Powerlifting Championships in 2022.
What do you specialise in coaching clients for ? I am passionate about lifting weights and empowering other women in the gym, but my true specialty lies in nutrition coaching. I have competed in bikini and fitness model competitions, guiding other women through this demanding process. Additionally, with four years of powerlifting experience, I have coached lifters to success in this area as well. My expertise goes beyond theoretical knowledge; I deeply understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges involved in these pursuits, having experienced them firsthand. This unique perspective allows me to provide comprehensive, empathetic support to my clients as they strive to achieve their goals.
Why do you love training ? Initially, my motivation for training was to achieve a certain look. However, since having children, my perspective has shifted to three core reasons. First, to have the strength and fitness to actively participate in life with my kids. Second, to be a role model by demonstrating how to care for oneself both physically and mentally. Third, to honour the healthy body I have by pushing its limits and discovering its full potential. I am in awe of the strength I have gained, especially now, being the strongest I’ve ever been at nearly 36 years old.
Why do you love coaching ? Just as I love training for the challenge and discovery of my own strength, I love coaching because it allows me to help others realise their potential. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the surprise on a client’s face when they lift a weight they never thought possible. This moment often sparks a powerful snowball effect, leading them to ask, “What else am I capable of in life?” That’s the transformative and empowering essence of coaching, and it’s why I am so passionate about what I do.
What do you want new clients to know about you ? I offer the perfect blend of straightforward honesty and empathetic support. I’ll tell you exactly what needs to be done to achieve your goals while also being your biggest cheerleader. I understand that nutrition can be a multifaceted and complex emotional journey, not just a matter of “eat this”. It’s often an overwhelming rollercoaster, but having a coach in your corner who is there for you every step of the way makes all the difference.
