Daniel Carpenter
Manager of ZeroW Southside
Daniel is the manager and head strength coach at ZeroW Southside in Brisbane. He has had a passion for strength training and body recomposition for over 10 years. Daniel has been personally mentored by Thomas Lilley and completed the ZeroW Coach Development Program, as well as being an ASCA certified coach.
Daniel has been a competitive powerlifter for several years and has a passion and drive to climb the ranks in the powerlifting world. He has a strong passion to help others and has helped hundreds of lifters reach their strength and physique goals!
Daniel is available for coaching at ZeroW Southside.
Rachelle Howe
Sports Nutritionist
What are your qualifications? Sports Nutritionist, ZeroW Nutrition Coaching Course, ZeroW Coach Development Course.
How many years have you been strength training? 7
What are your best sporting achievements? Competing in a triathlon was a great achievement for me!
Why do you love training? I like being strong for my size and enjoy trying different types of training and stepping out of my comfort zone with it.
What do you specialise in coaching clients for? Everything from powerlifting and bodybuilding to weight loss, body composition and general population health and fitness.
Why do you love coaching? There’s something so fulfilling about building relationships with people and helping them achieve their goals
What do you want new clients to know about you? I have a slight coffee addiction. I love being outside and I have the cutest little frenchie named Cardi B.
Why should a new client get coached by you? I have a very open approach to coaching and I will give everything to somebody who is wanting to improve their life through nutrition and fitness.
Jessica Kennedy

What are your best sporting achievements? Overall female APL drug-tested Nationals 2023, Overall figure champion NZIFBB 2018.
Why do you love training? It makes me feel strong, mentally and physically. It’s helped me feel more confident in my body and I also love the way it can challenge me.
What do you specialise in coaching clients for? Powerlifting, bodybuilding, body transformations
Why do you love coaching? I get to help make positive changes in so many people, and I love being able to help them succeed in their goals, no matter what it is plus I love working out so it’s amazing that I get do what I love as a job.
What do you want new clients to know about you? I’m here to help you with your training and nutrition, no matter what your goals are!
Why should a new client get coached by you? I’m confident that no matter who they are, I can help in some way, whether that’s through nutrition, face-to-face coaching or online programming.
Rick Wilton
Strength Coach
What are your qualifications? ZeroW Coach Development Course and Certificates 3 and 4 in fitness.
How many years have you been strength training? 7 years, with a powerlifting focus the past 3 years.
What are your best sporting achievements? High level cricket and hockey player in my teenage years.
Why do you love training? I love everything about training! The physical challenge, progress and growth, mental benefits and of course the community!
What do you specialise in coaching clients for? Powerlifting, Strength training, GPP.
Why do you love coaching? I love seeing people succeed and smash what they thought they were capable of. I believe coaching is all about connecting with people, having fun and helping each other grow. I also love sharing my passion for training with like-minded people whether they are just starting or have been in the game a long time!
What do you want new clients to know about you? I enjoy the outdoors. I like all sports and enjoy learning and talking about anything sporting related! My out of gym hobby is archery, especially bowfishing.
